Our 2026 Events
The Progressive Dog Club of Wayne County will hold two back to back all-breed shows in 2026 . We will be joined by a Toy Group show and a number of specialty shows.

- Open/FSS Show – Progressive DCWC Premium
- Great Lakes Toy Club
- Siberian Husky Club of Greater Detroit Premium (includes all breed obedience)
- Progressive Dog Club of Wayne County Scentwork Premium

Scentwork trial entries open in March, date TBD
- Free covered grooming space with electricity will be available for our shows
- The grooming building will be open at 2 PM Thursday, April 23rd, the building will close at 11 PM on Thursday, 10 PM

Supporting Club Information
Progressive welcomes breed clubs who wish to support the entry of our show. Please contact the show chair for details on benefits offered to supporting clubs; standalone and concurrent specialty shows are also options. Due to AKC and premium list deadlines supported club information is needed by November 15th of the year preceding the supported show.
Dog Safety Reminder
Beautiful spring weather brings external parasites out of the woods! Please make sure you protect your dogs from fleas and ticks.
